At Corinium travel we are delighted to be supporting the people of Morocco, following the recent earthquake and think we have found a real gem.
La Fiermontina Ocean is an extraordinary hospitality project, which is putting undiscovered corners of North-Western Morocco on the map, whilst protecting the authenticity of the region and its local rural communities through important community development projects.
On the remote, sun-drenched Larache coast a 45 minute drive from Tangier, with its deserted beaches and untouched bays, its ocean-facing dunes and hidden natural gems, La Fiermontina Ocean is an eco-retreat that wants to protect natural landscapes, and the inhabitants of the remote villages of Dchier, Tcharouah and Mezgalef.
Nestled in an unspoilt landscape, the charming one and two-bedroom suites and three-bedroom villas are integrated within nature; clad in local stone with charming private gardens. All feature large panoramic windows and ocean-facing terraces with large private infinity pools. Guests also have the option of experiencing a unique stay in one of the four stone houses built using ancestral techniques in the small village of Dchier, just 800 metres from the entrance to the hotel, with views over a luscious green valley.
For foodies, there is a lounge restaurant offering both Italian and traditional Moroccan cuisine with ingredients from the garden. A 20 minute walk away or shuttle is the Beach club, located on a secluded beach serving freshly caught grilled fish, salads, mocktails and wines.
Activities can also be arranged through your ambassador such as village breakfasts, walks, horseback excursions and cooking classes. There is also a spa in the village with two treatment rooms and a hammam.
